SNMP devices management

The SNMP module, allows an automatic inventory of all the hardware devices connected to the organization network, and detects name, serial number, status, geographical location of the device, network information...

The SNMP module from ProactivaNET® will allow you to:

• Audit and collect all the information from any type of SNMP device connected to the network, obtaining complete automatic reports.
• Add new customized fields for administrative managing of the asset (purchase date, guarantee date, supply data, cost, payback period...).
• Choose what types of devices are going to be inventoried and what subnetworks are going to be scanned.
• Configure what information from each type of device is considered most relevant.
• Detect and query in a centralized way all the information integrated with ProactivaNET® Inventory.

Apart from traditional routers and switches, apart from multifunction printers and printer centers, switchboards, wireless devices, antenas and even intelligent scales can report their status through the ProactivaNET® Inventroy with the SNMP module activated.
